QuadCore Kingspan KS1000RW panels are through-fix insulated panels with a trapezoidal profile. KS1000RW boasts high thermal efficiency, environmental benefits, and robust fire performance. These panels are able to deliver their leading thermal performance (and many other advantages) due to their QuadCore technology insulation.
In addition to these many benefits, the Kingspan KS1000RW is versatile and provides various solutions. The range consists of two panel types; the QuadCore KS1000RW roof panel and the QuadCore KS1000RW wall panel. They are suitable for a range of applications, including pitched-roofs of up to 4 degrees and can be used in vertical or horizontal orientation. Plus, the panels are pre-fabricated, making installations even quicker.

Kingspan KS1000RW Fire Performance
Kingspan KS1000RW is LPCB and FM-approved. They meet the rigorous standards of large-scale system fire tests. QuadCore insulated panel systems are classified as B-s1,d0, in accordance with the Euroclass system. This is the highest rating possible for a material which is combustible.
Kingspan KS1000RW Thermal Performance
QuadCore insulation’s 0.018 W/mK thermal conductivity can reduce heat loss in compliant buildings. KS1000RW also reduces air leakage. This increases the efficiency of temperature control systems, further lowering energy consumption and reducing energy bills.
