KS1000RW Information

Kingspan KS1000RW Handling Equipment

Choosing the right handling equipment is essential to upholding the highest safety standards on site. When working with KS1000RW, the Cool Boy RW is an excellent choice. The Cool Boy RW (also called Cool Boy 4-Flex) can lift a variety of RW-style profile panels in vertical and horizontal orientations. It is lightweight and offers a series of advanced features such as full panel rotation and tilt capabilities.

The Cool Boy 4-Flex is manufactured by VIAVAC. It upholds the high standards VIAVAC are known for in terms of performance and safety. The Cool Boy RW is fully CE-marked. It is also compliant with all relevant UK, European and worldwide regulations and legislation.

Benefits of QuadCore Insulation

Kingspan KS1000RW Fire Performance

Kingspan KS1000RW is LPCB and FM-approved. They meet the rigorous standards of large-scale system fire tests. QuadCore insulated panel systems are classified as B-s1,d0, in accordance with the Euroclass system. This is the highest rating possible for a material which is combustible.

Kingspan KS1000RW Thermal Performance

QuadCore insulation’s 0.018 W/mK thermal conductivity can reduce heat loss in compliant buildings. KS1000RW also reduces air leakage. This increases the efficiency of temperature control systems, further lowering energy consumption and reducing energy bills.

Kingspan KS1000RW Environmental Performance

Kingspan KS1000RW’s high thermal performance is closely linked to its environmental benefits. By reducing heat loss and air leakage, QuadCore lowers the demand for in-use energy. This also reduces the associated output of carbon emissions.

Furthermore, the production and process of KS1000RW insulation panels have been optimised for environmental benefit. Quadcore insulation panels are made with 10-21% recycled content. And Kingspan pursues the re-use of production waste and reduced packaging as part of its commitment to zero-waste-to-landfill.
