Original Single Pad Vacuum Lifter
The Cool Boy forklift vacuum lifter has set new standards for ease of operation, speed of installation, and cost-efficiency. It is the original and first single pad, single configuration vacuum lifter to be introduced into the UK market. Plus, it is available as a kit that includes a forklift hook attachment. The Cool Boy forklift suction attachment can efficiently and safely lift heavy loads in conjunction with a telehandler, forklift or crane. Furthermore, it is suitable for composite wall panels, including Kingspan panels.
A Compact Forklift Vacuum Lifter For Heavy Loads
The Cool Boy vacuum lifter is available in two lifting capacities. It can lift an impressive 375Kg. It’s also suitable for all types of smooth and lightly profiled wall panels in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The Cool Boy offers a selection of interchangeable seal types. This means you can use the Cool Boy on non-metallic surfaces. It works with glass, ceramic, and polished stone.
The Cool Boy is compact, lightweight, and powered by an internal rechargeable battery. In addition, it incorporates advanced features, including full panel rotation and tilt capability. Also, Cool Boy complies with all current UK, European, and Worldwide legislation.

The Cool Boy and Clad Boy vacuum lifters are both designed for lifting purposes, but they have distinct differences in their capabilities. The Clad Boy offers greater versatility. The range offers a selection of models, each providing a range of configurations. The Cool Boy, on the other hand, is tailored to lifting flat or minimally profiled vertical and horizontal wall panels.
We can deliver Cool Boy vacuum lifter training in person from our workshop building or online. Our in-person vacuum lifter training can include a demonstration. You can even have an opportunity to operate the Cool Boy, safe in the knowledge you have a team of experts on hand to help. Whether you choose in-person or online training, all training is specific to the Cool Boy lifter and helping you operate it safely and effectively.
There is a minimum one week hire for the Cool Boy. Otherwise, it is entirely up to you. You can hire the Cool Boy for a single morning if you simply need it for a short task. Or, if hiring is more economical for your business, you may wish to hire our equipment for years. We designed our versatile hire options to suit you and your project’s needs. Our clients hire our equipment for anywhere from a single day up to several years.
The Cool Boy 375 is an upgraded version of the Cool Boy 250, offering a larger vacuum lifting capacity. The numerical values in their names represent their respective Safe Working Loads, with the Cool Boy 250 capable of lifting up to 250kg and the Cool Boy 375 capable of lifting up to 375kg.
Yes, Cool Boy vacuum lifters are available with wireless control options, allowing you to control the lifter remotely.
