We’ve invested £172,000 in a major expansion of our warehouse facilities as growing customer demand has driven a 25% increase in our vacuum lifting fleet since 2025.
As the UK’s largest specialist supplier of vacuum lifting equipment for composite roof, wall and glass panels, and the exclusive UK dealer for VIAVAC vacuum lifting equipment, continuing to invest in our facilities, equipment and people is an important part of supporting our customers.
Expanding our capacity to meet growing demand
Our latest investment has included new racking, flooring, concrete works and a new shelter, significantly increasing our storage and operational capacity.
The 12,700 sq ft expansion has been designed to accommodate our growing fleet and help ensure our customers continue to have access to high-quality, reliable vacuum lifting equipment for roofing, cladding, glass and façade projects across the UK.
By increasing the capacity of our facilities, we’re in a stronger position to respond quickly to customer requirements while maintaining the product availability, technical expertise and service our customers expect from us.
Tom Spence, Managing Director at 4 Cladding Services, said:
“The warehouse expansion marks the latest step in our growth journey, with further investment in expanding our fleet to provide the additional capacity needed to support our customers’ needs.
“This growth ensures we can continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect. It provides our customers with confidence that we can deliver on our technical knowledge and product availability when they need it most.”
Investing in our technical team
Our investment isn’t limited to equipment and facilities. We’re also continuing to invest in the knowledge and qualifications of our team.
All six members of our lifting accessories department are completing LEEA’s Lifting Accessories (LAC) Diploma, a recognised qualification covering the testing, inspection, examination and repair and maintenance of lifting accessories.
For our customers, this provides additional reassurance that the technicians supporting their equipment have recognised training in the inspection and maintenance of lifting accessories.
Combined with our expanded warehouse facilities and growing hire fleet, this investment strengthens our ability to provide customers with knowledgeable technical support alongside reliable equipment availability.
Our continued commitment to hire standards
As long-standing members of Hire Association Europe, we have also achieved SafeHire Certification, recognising our continued investment in our UK-based hire operation and our commitment to maintaining high standards for our customers.
Together, our warehouse expansion, growing fleet and continued investment in our people form part of our wider commitment to providing dependable vacuum lifting equipment, technical knowledge and support to the UK roofing, cladding, façade, glazing and construction industries.
